I wanted a delicious dish to eat during the Super Bowl, and I found one with a bonus: It's vegan! Of course this could easily become not vegan with a little cheese or sour cream (which are typically my staples for nachos), but these were filling and didn't make me feel absolutely terrible after I ate them.
