I have had this recipe bookmarked for ages, but for whatever reason, I never made it. Somehow, I decided to make this and HOLY COW! It is so great, and so easy. I recommended it to a friend less than a week after I made it, and I plan on making it again.
This is a perfect dish to throw together on a weeknight. You boil the tortellini, and the rest of the sauce is made in a pan or skillet, and the tortellini are added in at the last minute. It's practically a one-dish meal that is so delicious. Trust me on this one.
This recipe is originally from Damn Delicious. The recipe calls for heavy cream, but I had half & half on hand, so that's what I used.
