I found this on an episode of Trisha's Southern Kitchen a few years ago. I had made them once before, but then forgot about the recipe. I have no idea why I thought of the recipe again this weekend, but I am glad that I did!
Give it a shot - You don't have much to lose. Just chocolate-y sugary saltines await...
The only tricky part is getting the saltines off the tin foil after you freeze the dessert. Be patient, and you should be able to tear it off in big sheets. But don't try to rush that process. It can get messy - But it's worth it.
