Candy Corn Cookies

October 20, 2016 Abby Armbruster

Try this cookie after Halloween is over, when you need to get rid of your candy corn! :D

I made this last year, and they were a hit! I knew once Halloween rolled around, I would have to make them again. My coworkers last year and this year were impressed by this unassuming cookie. Adding candy corn halfway through the baking process allows the candy corn to melt (but not burn) into the cookie and transforms the taste in such a way that you will be surprised! It's a sweet treat that is so simple to make!

This recipe comes from "Nerdy Nummies'" Rosanna Pansino on YouTube. She made a video about Halloween treats, including this one, which you can find here.
