You may be shocked to see this posted on my site. I am a vegetarian, but I do make a very small exception every now and then: Fish and chips. For whatever reason, I cannot resist fish and chips. It probably has something to do with the whole meal being deep-fried.
I'm avoiding fried foods, so I thought I should try out this recipe. I've had it for a long time, but have never made it.
My only note: My fries stuck to the bottom of my baking sheet like nobody's business -- I don't think I used enough olive oil. So even though it's probably not as healthy as using light olive oil, it is worth it since I spent a ton of time scraping fries off the bottom of the pan.
