I had never made this dip before, but wow, it was so easy to make and very, very yummy. It looks impressive, and tastes like a ton of flavor, yet there's only five ingredients in the dip.
The onion gets soft and sweet - it doesn't taste like a normal onion at all. It's amazing.
I will definitely be making this again! I highly recommend serving with grape tomatoes, as well as crackers. I wish I had some crusty bread or a baguette to dip into it, but I'll have to have that around for the second attempt. :)
Note: In the pictures, I halved the recipe so expect to have double the amount of dip prepared.
