This "Maggie Monday" could not be simpler. I know it's officially not "apple season" yet, but you can learn this now and make it all through the fall.
The only thing I would change about this recipe is if I had an extra 2 minutes, I'd probably skin the apple first before slicing it into chunks. But that certainly isn't necessary to enjoy the dessert!
