This has been my go-to snack after work, before a work out or whenever I just want something to tide me over.
Now, don't freak out that I'm using Greek yogurt. I know I'm in the minority of U.S. population that likes Greek yogurt, but this recipe really does alter the taste so that anyone will love it. I promise. Try it once, and let me know what you think!

I don't think this recipe is a replacement for cookie dough, by any means, BUT it is a better-for-you snack which gives you a lot of protein and will keep your energy up before or after a work out.
