This is one of my favorite cookie recipes EVER. The recipe is relatively simple - but you have to wait three hours for the dough to sit in the fridge before baking. That's the one downside. But if you make the dough on a weekend day, you can bake the cookies relatively quickly whenever you return home after running some errands.
These cookies are underrated, in my opinion. They're so chocolately without it being a sugar rush. The powdered sugar mellows out the cookie and ends your bite on a sweet note.
Again, these cookies may not be "Christmas-y" necessarily, but they're one of my favorites! They're so chewy and delicious. If you've never tried making them before, you should give it a go!
