What do you do when Panera Bread gives you too much of a baguette as your side dish? Make a special version of cinnamon sugar toast!
I saw this recipe on an episode of the Pioneer Woman a few years ago, and it has been my favorite ever since. Typically, I don't have a loaf of bread lying around, so when I do have some, this is one of the ingredients I always make.
It's way better than the typical recipe of toasting the bread, spreading butter on it really fast, then sprinkling cinnamon and sugar on top. This recipe incorporates the cinnamon and sugar into the baguette.
