This is a great recipe now that it's getting colder! This recipe is based off of a soup served at a restaurant from my hometown.
It's a simple, one-pot recipe that will make you a ton of soup! If you cut the recipe in half (as I did, when I made it), you should still have plenty left over for the next day or two. But you can also do what my mom does: She makes a full recipe, then gives servings to the neighbors.
