I am a journalist by day, and a curious cook by night. My bookmarked recipes range from difficult dishes to simple things I haven't dedicated the time to make... yet. That's where the blog comes in. With this blog, I'll be able to keep on track with cooking at home, and try things that I've promised to make for years. The only thing against me is my too-small kitchen with a lack of counter space.
I have been a vegetarian for more than five years, but I do eat fish on occasion. Many of the recipes I attempt will have meat components in the original recipe or I will add suggestions of how to incorporate meat into the meal.
Nearly all of the recipes featured on this blog were not originally written by me.
From cookies, salads, casseroles and pasta dishes, you can find a little bit of everything. And it all comes from my tiny messy kitchen.
